We don’t like users misbehaving in the PED Dating community. You can report any abuse or complain about Member Content by contacting us, outlining the abuse and/or complaint. We reserve the right to investigate any possible violations of these Terms, any PED Dating user’s rights, or any third party rights and we may, in our sole discretion, immediately terminate any user’s right to use of the App without prior notice, as set out further above, and/or remove any improper, infringing or otherwise unauthorised Member Content submitted to the App.
We don’t control any of the things our users say or do, so you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the App.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT PENYA ET DOMUS ENTERPRISE DOES NOT CURRENTLY CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ITS USERS. PENYA ET DOMUS ENTERPRISE ALSO DOES NOT INQUIRE INTO THE BACKGROUNDS OF ITS USERS OR ATTEMPT TO VERIFY THE STATEMENTS OF ITS USERS. PENYA ET DOMUS ENTERPRISE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT OF ANY USERS OR THEIR COMPATIBILITY WITH ANY CURRENT OR FUTURE USERS. PENYA ET DOMUS ENTERPRISE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONDUCT ANY CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK OR OTHER SCREENINGS (SUCH AS SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION SEARCHES) AT ANY TIME AND TO USE AVAILABLE PUBLIC RECORDS FOR ANY PURPOSE.
You agree to, and hereby do, release Penya Et Domus Enterprise and its successors from any claims, demands, losses, damages, rights, and actions of any kind, including personal injuries, death and property damage, that either directly or indirectly arises from your interactions with or conduct of other users of the App. Scraping or replicating any part of the App without our prior consent is expressly prohibited. This includes by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available, published interfaces - unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with us.
Your Content
In these Website/app Standard Terms and Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean any audio, video text, images or other material you choose to display on this Website/app. By displaying Your Content, you grant PED Dating a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.
Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third-party’s rights. PED Dating reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time without notice.
Although PED Dating reserves the right to review and remove Content that violates this Agreement, such Content is the sole responsibility of the member who posts it, and PED Dating cannot guarantee that all Content will comply with this Agreement. Fees and Payment
As consideration for any purchase you make for any of our products on our app, you shall pay all applicable fees and taxes. We (or our third-party payment processor) shall authorize your credit card, bank account, or other approved payment facility you provided during the registration process for the full payment of the fees and any applicable taxes, and you hereby consent to the same. If the mailing address you provided us is in Nigeria, all payments will be charged and made in Naira. If the mailing address you provided us is outside Nigeria, all payments will be charged and made in your local currency.
You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information. You must promptly update all billing information (such as billing address, card number, and expiration date) to keep your account current, complete, and accurate, and you must promptly contact us if your credit card is lost or stolen, or if you become aware of a potential breach of account security (such as an unauthorized disclosure or use of your Sign-In Name or Password). You hereby authorize PED Dating to obtain or determine updated or replacement expiration dates for your credit card in the event that the credit card you provided us expires. We reserve the right to charge any renewal card issued to you to the same extent as the expired card. If payment is not received from your credit card issuer, you hereby agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees and costs, on any outstanding balance. In certain instances, the issuer of your credit card may charge you a foreign transaction fee or related charges, which you will be responsible for paying. You are advised to check with your bank and credit card issuer for details.

These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by us of the content on such External Sites. The content of such External Sites is developed and provided by others. In no event shall PED Dating, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website/app whether such liability is under contract. PED Dating, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent PED Dating from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Variation of Terms
PED Dating is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website and app you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
Assignment
PED Dating is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between PED Dating and you in relation to your use of this Website and app, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nigeria, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nigeria for the resolution of any disputes.
